We've been at this hotel for six days. The room is exceptionally clean and its location allows us to reach anywhere quickly. However, the hot water in the shower isn't as hot as expected and the sink water lacks cold temperature. It would be great if they provided a microwave in the room for added convenience. Additionally, if you have trouble falling asleep this might not be the best place as road noise can be quite noticeable.

ItÂ¿s the uniqueness of the entire hotel. My room was very nice and colorful. I got a welcome and goodbye messages on my TV. The hotel is clean and I enjoyed using the hotel Gym.

***Do not book through a third party agency***they will charge you twice and there's nothing you can do about it, I called Aloft and left the manager a message multiple times, the front desk staff can't help you either, they redirected my call to the manager, Very frustrating. overall I enjoyed my stay, but their lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

The only one thing I wasnÂ¿t too pleased with was the breakfast. I paid for breakfast with my booking and I was expecting a full English breakfast and there was only 4 option on the breakfast menu. I was kinda disappointed.

I have stayed her 3 times. First time was good. Everything was clean, bed was comfy, everything worked. Second time was nice as well. This time will be my last. They have lost my business. Room phone did not work. The room safe was broke. It took the shower over 6 minutes to warm up. The shower head was like trying to take a shower in a rain storm. No adjustments on the head. The carpet in the halls and elevator vestibule is dirty and needs stretching badly. The parking lot was full of trash.

Excellent hotel. Really enjoyed 4 nights here. Was a fun place to stay and the rooms are very nice. Is very different in a good way. The rooms are more like 4 star. There was musician bingo one night which sounds terrible but we couldn’t get enough. Pool table also. Is like a less pretentious W. Highly recommended. The staff were excellent also.

Front desk on 09/10 was very disrespectful and called the cops on me when I decided to do a late checkout. They knocked and I told them I was doing a late checkout. Without any communication the cops showed up to my door and demanded me to leave a room I paid for. I was treated like an animal and I will never return to this location. I was never offered to wait in the lobby area while I wait for my flight and when I proceeded to go to my car and wait there the cops demanded I leave or else they would charge me with trespass. I’ve stayed at the Aloft in Richardson before and was never treated this way whatsoever. There was no humanity in this situation and I felt hopeless without anywhere to go. Aloft in Plano and Plano PD do not treat ppl accordingly.

I was in town for a short stay. Stayed at Aloft Plano. I want to say it was the worst Traumatizing experience of my life.waiting for my plane I decided to do a late check out.Front Desk did not come and say anything then randomly the police knocked on my door and proceeded to treat me like a common criminal for being in the hotel I payed for. I was not accommodated to sit in the lobby and wait or anything. When I was in my car thinking I could just sit there and wait comfortably till I head to the airport. The police proceeded to pull up on me and said if I don’t leave the property they are gonna trust pass me from the property. I conclude Aloft Plano the worst experience of any Hotel I’ve ever stayed. I worked in Hotels and this was a 0 out of 10 experience.
